Manotick’s Finest was born out of a passion for cooking that started when I was a child but fully sprouted over the last three years. I wanted to blend my West African background and my love for East Asian food within a North American frame, making Manotick’s Finest a crossroads “Where East meets West!”

Manotick’s Finest is currently focused on small-mid scale social events and Film Catering services.
